Polysaccharide iron is generally with ferric chloride as the main raw material, by mixing with plant polysaccharide and alkali reaction system, in the reaction kettle to add low poly syrup, ferric chloride aqueous solution, stir evenly.The alkaline solution is slowly added to the mixed solution in a flow-adding manner until the Fe (OH) 3 precipitate is formed, while the pH of the solution remains acidic (pH < 7).Stir thoroughly, and then add lye in a flow way to make the pH value of the solution reach 11.5 ~ 13.5, and heat the reaction solution to make the temperature of the solution rise to 75 ~ 85℃.Maintain the temperature and stir for about 15 to 30 minutes until a homogeneous solution of the iron complex is formed.Instead of cooling the solution to room temperature, move it to a precipitation tank and add at least 50% ethanol to precipitate the polysaccharide iron complex completely.The precipitates were separated by centrifuge, washed and precipitated with 50% ethanol for two times, and the precipitates were dried to get polysaccharide iron products.
